Northlake Church is sponsoring FREE PHYSICALS for incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th graders for next year. If your child is going to participate in ANY UIL-sponsored sport or event next year, they are required to have an active, cleared physical on file with the district. Below is the link for all parents to sign up for the event:

The dates are June 26th and 27th but you have to sign up! Reminder you need the UIL physical form if you are doing yours at your own doctor - can get them from the nurses office.
